Sound buttons are the website and any associated products, such as soundboard functions and sound button hosting, through which we provide voice conversion and modulation or sound playback services ("Sound Buttons"). These include our websites and mobile apps and the functionalities available in them.
We are also a content provider, which includes, among other things, sound effects, sounds, soundboards, etc. ("Soundbuttons content") that may be offered to you for free or for a price, as you may find on the website.
Finally, we are also an intermediary platform provider—a user-generated content platform known as "Soundbuttons.org" —for users to share their voice, soundboards, and sound Content ("User Content"). The User Content comprises the site (Soundbuttons.org), the User Sounds that let users access User Content.
Hereinafter, the services that Soundbuttons offers in relation to Soundbuttons.org will be referred to as "Soundbuttons Hosting Services."

Location of Arbitration:
The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where soundbuttons.org is established (Wardha, Maharashtra, India), and the language of the arbitration shall be English/Hindi.
Arbitrator's Decision:
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Fees:
The costs of arbitration, including administrative fees, the arbitrator's fees, and all other fees and costs, shall be shared equally by the parties unless the arbitrator decides that the fees should be allocated differently based on the circumstances of the dispute.
Alternative Dispute Resolution:
Prior to seeking arbitration, the party intending to pursue arbitration must first send the other party a written Notice of Dispute describing the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and setting forth the specific relief sought. Upon receipt of the Notice, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within 45 days from the date the Notice is sent. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through informal negotiation, then either party may elect to proceed with arbitration.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, subject to these Terms of Service. This arbitration agreement will survive the termination of your relationship with soundbuttons.org.
